Copy the printed expiration date rather than calculating a validity period. Proposed email timings are 90, 30 and 7 days before. You decide whether to enable them. After renewing, mark the old date done and enter the new printed expiry.

Enter the expiry printed in your passport. Proposed reminders are 12, 6 and 3 calendar months before, adjustable to your plans. These are reminders, not checks of destination entry requirements or passport validity for travel.

- No passport number, licence number, birth date or identity scan.
- Choose email timings and confirm your account timezone in Settings.

A useful nudge, with clear limits.
The launch templates support passport and driver’s licence dates, not a general ID vault. Confirm renewal requirements with DFA or LTO and travel rules with the appropriate authorities. PRC, National ID and UMID presets are not included in this release.
Google sign-in is required before saving private details. Email reminders are optional and editable. You can archive items to pause their reminders, or remove them and their files.
